Through the Cenveo Benefits plan, employees can select from a menu of coverage options which best suits their individual situation.
Group Medical Insurance & Dental
We offer employees several comprehensive plans for Medical coverage and allow them to select the one that best suits their family's needs. We pay the majority of the premium for employees and their dependents.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Life and AD&D Insurance coverage is provided at our expense. Employees may also elect to have additional life insurance coverage, as well as family coverage, at affordable group rates by having the premiums deducted from their paycheck.
Employees may voluntarily choose comprehensive dental coverage for themselves and their family members which allows them to choose any licensed provider for their dental care needs.
This voluntary plan covers a major portion of the cost of vision exams as well as corrective eyeglasses and contact lenses through a network of participating optometrists.
Short and Long Term Disability Income Insurance
This voluntary plan helps assure a continuing income when, due to illness or injuries, an employee is no longer able to work.
Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
These Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical or dependent care expenses.
Our membership in the Printing Industries Association makes the benefits of its Credit Union available to all of our employees. Members may have money deposited for savings plans by payroll deductions, and may obtain personal or auto loans.
PAID TIME OFF
ColorGraphics provides a very generous Vacation pay benefit, with employees graduating to 4 weeks accrual per year after only 4 years of employment.
ColorGraphics provides 10 paid holidays a year to eligible employees.
Full time employees who have been with the company 20 years will also receive a paid birthday holiday in addition to the above holidays.
After one year of association with the company, employees are entitled to up to 5 sick days per calendar year.
On the first of the month following 30 days of employment, employees may defer a portion of their compensation and have it invested in this 401(k) plan. It enables employees to save for retirement with before-tax dollars and select from a menu of investment choices to help them reach their retirement goals.
